WARRANTY & REPAIRS

 

As per our client oriented policy, recommend us to give clients for special warranty. We stand for our craftsmanship & durability of its that we offer one year warranty services under few conditions, that conditions described below;

 

WARRANTY DURATION:

We offer one year free warranty, which will conclude from delivery date upto 1 year.

 

COVER

1. Stone Services:

o   If Stone getting loose, please keep it save with you, Carry jewellery and stone both to your local jewellers. We will cover the setting amount within 2 working days after receiving setting invoice. (Note: Amount should be less than $100)

o   If side stone (small stones) getting loose or lost, we will send stones, you have to get it and go to local jewellery shop to setting up that, After getting invoice we will pay amount within 2 working days. (Note: it’s once offer, for second time you have to pay for stones & amount should not be more than $100)

o   If Main stone got fallen and lost, for that you have to pay 40% amount for stone, and you should parcel that mount jewellery to us. After checking and repair/setting up we will send it to you. 

 

2. Prongs Problem:

o   If you noticed that prongs become loose, please carefully bring it to local jewellers to tighten it. We will pay for it after receiving your invoice withing 2 working days. (Note: Amount should not be more than $50)

 

3. Gold plating tarnished or damaged:

o   If you feel your plated Silver jewellery tarnishing or gold plating peels off, Then we offer one time service for it. If you would like to turn it into solid gold not plating, we would done it with just difference amount of jewellery.

 

CONCLUSION:

Damages due to outsider’s factors like unfavourable human activity to jewellery, other accidental damage, we do not cover in our warranty. We are responsible for just our manufacturing mistakes or damages.
